ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are made to order.

It will take 3-6 weeks to handcraft and send your piece. This ensures that each piece gets the time and love that it deserves.
Once an order is ready to ship, you will be notified with the tracking number for the shipment.

EXCHANGES

Jewelry exchanges are offered within 10 days of receiving your order.

For jewelry exchanges, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at lapisandtheredthread@gmail.com with your order number. Please be aware that return shipping and re-shipment is not covered by Lapis and the Red Thread and is the customer's responsibility.

REFUNDS

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. A 10% fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover fees charged to us by Shopify.

Please note that Lapis and the Red Thread is not responsible for lost packages.
