All pieces are handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade jewellery:

• these are not defects but part of the piece’s uniqueness
• materials may include silver, brass, stones, and natural elements

We reserve the right to modify designs slightly where necessary.

PRICING AND CURRENCY

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change at any time due to fluctuations in material costs (especially silver)
• We are not liable for price changes after purchase

ORDERS

We reserve the right to:

• refuse or cancel any order
• limit quantities per person or per order

If we make changes to your order, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone.

MADE-TO-ORDER AND PRODUCTION TIME

Some items are made to order.

• production time: typically 2–3 weeks, but may vary
• during busy periods, timelines may extend

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these timelines.

SHIPPING

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs
• Risk transfers to you once the item is shipped

For international orders:

• customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our pieces:

We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.

We offer:

• exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order

Conditions:

• item must be unworn and in original condition
• proof of purchase required

Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

REPAIRS

We offer repairs where possible.

• repair costs may apply depending on damage
• shipping for repairs is the customer’s responsibility

RING SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

If resizing is needed:

• this may incur a fee
• not all designs can be resized

Our pieces are designed to last, but require care.
